Café Monika Ahlberg will close on 1 February 2026.

After running her much-appreciated café at Thielska Galleriet for more than 13 years, food creator Monika Ahlberg will be ending the operation on the first of February. The Thielska Galleriet Foundation would like to thank her for these past years and for allowing the museum’s visitors to enrich their art experience with excellent lunches and baked goods.

Work will now begin to find a new partner. We will return with more information as soon as possible.

Café Monika Ahlberg’s last day of opening will be Sunday, 1 February, the same day the exhibition The Sweet Life comes to a close.
